From first phone contact this was a great experience... I was referred by a family member who explained how great of a guy the owner is. The owner walked my property the day we contacted him and promptly provided an estimate which could not be beat. Les Concierges of Vero Beach, LLC has done an extremely good job of looking after my house. As I live in Virginia 75% of the time, it's important to have a good responsible presence in Vero. It was really a happy accident that I found them for this job as I met them originally when they were recommended by a neighbor for help me with dog walking. I am more than happy to recommend them as helpful and competent property managers and as thoughtful and considerate friends as well.

Ms. Colleen Mazzoni @ All County Preferred Property Management is performing Management on my two Apartments at Cypress Cove. Colleen has been managing my two Apartments at Cypress Cove since I purchased those apartments in late fall of 2014 and in January 2015 and continues to do so. Daniel is very professional and takes is job very seriously. He is always respectful of the owner's wishes and has valid input when repairs/renovations need to be done. Visitors to the units are always happy with his service. We have several people who return year after year because of how Daniel handles guest requests and his problem resolution skills. I highly recommend Daniel for any property management needs you may have.

We had purchased a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Kissimmee about on 8/20/18. We live in California and have not been able to fly back out to Florida to tend to our property after purchasing it since we have been buried in our businesses. We understand how important 5 star reviews are & are proud to say that our businesses are a 5 star status on Google, Yelp, & Facebook. So we carry the same standards when providing a home to our guests. Anabella has been instrumental in helping us get the house set up for rental. We are truly blessed to have her care for our property and are so impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, and determination. She cares for the home as if it were her own. This incredible property manager has assisted with coordinating house cleaners, cable & wi-fi installation, bed delivery & set up (in fact, she helped put the new bed together!), and so much more! The previous owners of the home sold the property to us & included all the furnishings, bedding, kitchenware, etc. Anabella looks through the eyes as a guest and made suggestions on what was missing and/or needs to be replaced. Her attention to detail has been remarkable. She found dirt in the swimming pool that the pool cleaners missed during their visit. She discovered rust in the bbq grill, odor on the pillows, bath mats needed, and other things that maybe of concern. She helped clear out some tree debris that fell into our property. In summary, she ensures that the guests have nothing to say but all good things. So far, all our reviews are 5 stars! We truly appreciate how much Anabella cares about the guests, her clients, and the property. She definitely exceeds our expectations and we highly recommend her!
