I was reluctant to try training because I HATE exercising but Nick made it fun and easy. He came out to where I needed him and tailored the workout to my needs. I was a Division 1 basketball athlete at VMI. I know just about every drill possible to improve on basketball skills. I also am a fitness trainer and we can involve weight training if you want, including improving jumping. I enjoy working with kids and have worked with a few kids at Broken Sound Country Club on improving their basketball skills.
