As an ISSA certified trainer currently studying to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, I design smart, science-backed programs tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. This was by far the best experience with a trainer I’ve ever had. Here I was thinking I had great form and nope, I’m the cause of my own injuries 😅. Nasiayah helped me correct my form and build and built me a program that has my body on point but also strengthen all my weak areas that I didn’t know were weak. Fantastic experience. I don’t want to work with anyone but her.
