Overall a pleasure to work with. We hired them to hang 2 fragile, heavy mirrors in our master bedroom. Frank showed up with his brother. They were both very polite, fast, and explained what they were doing and made sure we were okay with the plan. At the end, the mirrors were straight and secure. The reasons I removed one star is, because 1) there was a bit of back-and-forth about the time they'd show up, not to the point that it inconvenienced us much, just a little annoying, and 2) the pricing was different than what was listed on the thumbtack website. I originally asked for a quote on 15-20 pictures and paintings to mount, with the 2 mirrors being the heaviest. The quote they gave over the phone for 15-20 pieces was $950. So I was surprised when he quoted $300 for only 2 pieces. That said, the $300 quote was an in-person quote after seeing the mirrors as opposed to an estimated quote over the phone. When I expressed surprise at the price, Frank reduced it to $250. Seemed a bit arbitrary. It took them about an hour to do, and I noticed afterwards that the price listed on thumbtack was $55/hr. When I called to ask about this, they implied that the pricing on thumbtack may not be accurate🤷♀️. That said, the receptionist was very polite, and again, the quality of the work was great. More importantly, I don't have worry that these heavy mirrors are going to fall off the wall and land on my children 👶, which is more than I can say about Assembly Pros (Trevon) who I hired to hang the remainder of the pieces.
