I called about a leaking washing machine and got an immediate response from them. They came out the very next morning, assessed the problem, ordered the part and came back & installed it. It is working now and the repair including both visits was very very reasonable. Hernan was extremely polite and communicated clearly throughout the process. He showed up as promised, in fact offered to come sooner. I am so happy to find a good appliance repair professional I can count on to be knowledgeable and professional at a very fair price. Very happy with this team. I will definitely call them next time I need this service.

I requested an appliance repair company via Thumbtack. Within 15 minutes I had 3 companies send me an email letting me know they were able to take care of the issue with my washer. What made a huge difference was that Hernan from Appliance repair, texted me and said that he could come within 1 hr. He was there within 40 mnts. Was professional during his evaluation of the issue. Provided me with options and a price for parts and fee for his services. I agreed to proceed with the repair. The parts came in and Hernan came on a Saturday and within 35 mnts I had my washer working again. I have an LG model. Hernan’s professionalism, punctuality and incredible reasonable prices made him my go to for any future problems. I recommend him 200%.
