My balloon were BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!! I was literally shocked at the detail she put into making them !!! It was a Halloween baby shower and she even gave me ideas on what to put on them which I appreciated and loved! She was so sweet as well! Will use her in the future

Overall she did a great job on the decorations. However there were things that I was not happy with. Communication and punctuality was an issue. I would have to reach out to her every time without actually getting any ideas sent over to me. As a decorator I would have thought she can give nice recommendations or ideas. Punctuality was very poor. I was waiting at the place before she arrived maybe an hour and half before she got there when we had communicated that we would get there around 10am but she got here there almost 1130 am, without an apology as well when she arrived. Overall she did a great job in her decorations but professionalism and communication was just very lacking. I would score her 5 but just by those it brought it down to 3. All in all, thank you for all your hard work. Just as a tip, (I am also a business owner) it's important to give lots of communication and feedback to your clients) that way you'll get a lot more referrals!!
