So what is checked during a home inspection? All of the property is inspected included the roof, structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler systems, and more. At the conclusion of the home inspection, the client will be notified in regards to what items need repair. A detailed home inspection report with photographs will be completed and all issues of concern will be documented. The home inspection report is easy to read and includes a summary of items that should be repaired and may also include repair estimates for those items as well. The reason for this is so that you, the buyer, can ask the seller for repairs to be made on said items or to allow you to obtain a credit for those items.
