- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I determine a price based on the type of inspections needed, the location of the property, and the size of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what type of inspection(s) the customer needs, the type of property being inspected, the location of the property, and the customers contact information. I inform the customer of whats included in the inspection and how much it will cost. The customer and I schedule an appointment in which I put in my software and they get an email notification with all the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida licensed and Internachi certified home inspector
