- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive for the area’s where I work and I am willing to work with a customer if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually takes a little longer the first time I clean for a client. And I will notify people when we first speak. Also I will use environmentally safe product where requested. I take pride in doing my best to keep you happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In New York I took a course on food service sanitation that was very helpful understanding bacteria and how it stays on surfaces. Also how to kill bacteria and viruses with a bleach solution.
