Wow! We were so impressed with N.Y. Phat Pies at our recent Fall Festival. The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. There was a great variety as well. Their staff was friendly and very attentive to requests. I am looking forward to having them return next year. Because they make the food to order, it is hot and fresh- the downside to this is that there is a small wait…..well worth it but causes a line/wait for customers.

Very disappointed in this food truck. Had a commitment from them in writing I followed up with an email with all forms that needed to be filled out and completely got ghosted by them. Not very professional and not how you do business.

I’m terribly sorry about that I was just going to send the signed paperwork now. We were very busy this past two weeks we were not trying to ghost you just needed to give me time I’m also dealing with other customers that need paperwork done as well your not the only one so sorry about that. Guess we will just take you off our schedule thank you though. Not to nice to write a review like that we are a small business just started 3 years ago and short staffed but hope you have a nice day.
