FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First consultation is always complimentary. I offer 30-minute and 60-minute packages that are competitively priced and are lower than the local health and country clubs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting with the client is crucial. Understanding the clients needs is of course of extreme importance, but personality is everything. I may have all the knowledge to help any one client, but in the end, this is still a personal relationship that the client must feel comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Training Specialist (CPTS®) which was awarded to me when I successfully passed all courses while attending Fitness Institute International headed by Dr. Tony Abbott. I currently hold certifications with American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist), which is the Gold Standard of Personal Training, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). I also have certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist.
