Charles came out so quickly and worked so efficiently. He assembled a table for me that had very heavy parts. His charge was reasonable and he worked quickly. I will definitely use him again for other tasks!

He was all star at a great value. We had him do a bunch of jobs. Replace 2 vanities add the plumbing and faucets. Super efficient and he did a perfect job. He also disconnected a dishwasher as we waited for a new delivery. He was such a great value.

Had a toilet that was continuously running so Co texted him. He can out next day, which was fine. And he replaced the float assembly whixh fixed it within a half hour.
I was a little surprised it cost as much as it did but we did need to have it done so it is what it is.
More disappointing is that we had earbuds in and was talking the entire time. I did t realize it at first so as I'm leading him to our condo, he's talking behind me and I thought he was talking to me. But he waived me off whixh is when I realized he was talking to someone via Bluetooth. He stayed in the phone the entire time he was with us and repairing the toilet. If it ahs seemed urgent or important, then it would have been appropriate. But it was just a standard conversation that seemed unprofessional to doing onmy dme.

Make sure to get pricing before job is started. Had a toilet tank that would not fill up. Definitely surprised at the cost was charged $185 to replace a fill valve and the toilet supply line.

Sorry you was unhappy about the price , but into the job , I didn’t know your waterline was going to need to be replaced , if I would have known , I would have told you the whole cost upfront.
