We purchased a 100 plus-year-old home in June 2018. After a less than satisfactory experience with another painter, we engaged Larry of L. C. Painting and Waterproofing. Larry has considerable experience in dealing with older structures and knew how to correct a wide range of problems involved with an old home. Larry is the kind of painter who realizes that prep work is very important. He spent considerable time sanding, caulking and repairing the house. We were so pleased with the quality and value of Larry's work, – we hired him to paint the entire inside of another residence. He takes his time, does the prep work necessary and we could not have asked for a better result. We would highly recommend Larry if you're looking for a quality paint job.
