Transparent Rates – Pricing is based on the size of your home, number of rooms/bathrooms, and the type of cleaning (standard, deep clean, or move-in/move-out). No Hidden Fees – You can trust that all supplies and equipment are included in the cleaning services. Add-On Services – Extra services such as inside appliances, baseboards, or heavy-duty cleaning are available for an additional fee. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to a fee, ensuring fairness for all. Payment Terms – Payment is due at the time of service.

Service Checklist – Our comprehensive checklist ensures each cleaning is thorough, consistent, and of the highest quality. You’ll receive this checklist in advance, providing you with a clear understanding of what’s included. 5. Professional Cleaning – Our trusted cleaners, equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment, are committed to delivering the best results for your space, giving you confidence in our service. 6. Feedback & Follow-Up – After your first cleaning, we check in to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. If any areas didn't meet your expectations, we will schedule a re-clean of those specific areas at a time that suits you best. 7. Ongoing Relationship – Many of our clients choose recurring cleanings for convenience and peace of mind.
