- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free, in-home estimates and believe the most accurate pricing come from a full on-site inspection. Every home is different, factors such as attic access, existing materials, layout, system conditions, and code requirements can affect the scope and cost work. We proudly offer seasonal promotions and qualifying discounts, including seniors, military, first responders, teachers, and bundled services when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule an appointment at a time that works best for the customer. All appointments are confirmed the day before to ensure clarity and avoid any inconvenience. On the day of appointment, our technician will call when they are on the way. Once on site, we perform a thorough inspection, take measurements if applicable and review any concerns the customer may have. After the inspection, we provide a clear explanation of our findings along with a detailed estimate, answer any questions and review available options. There is no obligation to move forward. If the customer chooses to proceed, we schedule the service and handle the next steps efficiently.
