Yvonne, was hired as a day of wedding coordinator. I must say that she was a hard worker, however; when it came to personality, her personality clashed with several of my vendors, my bridal party, guests and I. If you are a bride who does not mind that type of personality, she's great, however, if you are a bride with a strong personality, it may be a great idea to hire someone who is more level headed, kind and passionate. I, myself was left in a bind because I'd already paid her, so at that point I was not about to change coordinators. A special note to the bride- be extremely careful when you're hiring vendors because once they get your money, you're stuck like chuck. If at all possible, do you own coordinating and then the day of, find a trusted friend or family member who is capable taking on this task. Also, she had our hotel room key and lost it. Ask me how did I find this out? A guest brought it to me and asked me if it belonged to me....... Edit: Why I'm changing this from a 3-star to a 1-star: After I posted the review (that Thumbtack asks you to do once you mark someone as hired), she texted me and broke down every aspect of my review and why it was wrong. Instead of taking my opinion on her service as a learning opportunity, she felt the need to text me and argue with me on my Honeymoon.

I am posting a response due to the bride was fine to work with leading up to her wedding but after her wedding it was more difficult. The hair and make up team even had some issues with the client. I did not loose the key to her room. I worked very hard at this wedding and followed her rules of no one to enter once the doors are closed. Which we started behind schedule and people were still late and mad that the bride picked not to have anyone enter.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 standard wedding packages but for our budget friendly brides we customize a package to fit your needs, wants, and budget. For our events and birthdays we customize an event to fit your liking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to do a free consultation either via in person or phone/online. Than I send you an email of how I see your wedding or event and within 7 days. Than we work hand and hand to make sure your wedding or event is executed the way you envision it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business admin. I have a degree in fashion. I also have taken training on hospitality and events.
