We had a good experience with a local roofer. We had Charlie who owns Southeast Waterproofing and Coating, LLC. install a new shingle roof on our home on Palmetto Ave. He shows up with a 6 man crew and stays on the job site. His wife Ginger takes care of the permitting and other paperwork. Reasonably priced too.

This company was the most professional down-to-earth and friendly company out of the three that I spoke to. The jelly roofer Jason made two appointments never showed up never called. Apex Roofing was extremely expensive. I am satisfied with the southeast company and I will be hiring them to do the work hopefully by the end of March.

We had several delays due to severe weather. The crew did an amazing job and the Owner was very responsive to our concerns. They even put a matching roof on our maintenance shed for a very reasonable fee. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

Southeast Waterproofing is very competitive with local pricing as long as it doesn't jeopardize the quality of materials and workmanship, we do offer multi unit discount pricing and other discount prices that can be offered from one of our professionals at the time of your evaluation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Southeast waterproofing will send a knowledgeable professional out to examine your project, we then will provide you with a FREE on site estimate or emailed, once the customer decides to go forward with southeast waterproofing we will schedule a meeting for contract signing , color choices, and deposit, after all permits are approved from the building departments most roofs and projects will be completed within 2 weeks, final payments are due upon completion of work after final inspections are completed and passed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Southeast waterproofing stays on top of all the new products that way we can best fit your project with top quality material and workmanship! Knowledge is everything to use
