I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Damian from Plumbing SFL when I was faced with a challenging plumbing issue in my home - a leaking CPVC/PEX joint behind drywall. I wanted to use only a highly dependable plumbing company due to the damage a potential failure can cause. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and unparalleled dedication to customer service far exceeded my expectations.

From the onset, Damian exhibited a high level of responsiveness and flexibility. They accommodated my schedule and showed up promptly at the agreed time even after I mixed the dates. What struck me immediately was their friendly demeanor and commitment to ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the issue at hand.

Damian explained in clear, accessible language what the problem was, and the steps needed to rectify it. They also took the time to outline the different options addressing these problems, which further solidified my trust in their expertise and professionalism.

The work that Damian executed was nothing short of impressive. They used high quality parts, demonstrating a deep understanding of the nuances of working with CPVC and PEX. They also replaced two old shutoff valves. I was particularly pleased with how tidy they kept the workspace during and after the repair, a testament to their respect for their client's property.

Aside from the quality of their work, what truly distinguishes Damian is their transparency and honesty. There were no hidden costs or upselling attempts; the final cost came below the initial estimate, which was a breath of fresh air compared to experiences I've had in the past with other service providers.

Overall, Plumbing SFL's combination of technical skill, professional conduct, and customer-centric approach has made a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any plumbing needs, and they will certainly be my first call for any future issues that may arise. Thank you, Damian, for a job excellently done!

Joe responded right away and explained the price and what could potentially be the problem. They came out within the next hour or so (luckily the tech was nearby) and handled the work. Damian was awesome, showed me what was going on and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I had a pretty tricky issue with my drain but Damian handled it like a pro. No problem paying for good service!

Clean, efficient, prompt, definitely would use again and refer to others.
