About this pro
Horrible communication comes to the job site and makes me a list of what is needed and immediately messaged him and he didn't respond. 5 days later I sent him a message and asked are u not doing this job and he flat out tells me no. Why make me go get parts tell me to follow up and then make me send messages to then tell me no. This is a person that lacks professionalism integrity. I went to the jobsite two times at no charge, I try to help when I can. The first time I went to the site the customer was not available, the second time the fixture that was delivered by Lowes was the wrong fixture. I have been doing this kind of work for over 25 years and never had a bad review. This review represents a job I never did.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have some of the most expensive estimating software in the industry, it is as simple as what you put in to it is what you will get out of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every two years we have to back to school and it is a lot of fun,
- How did you get started doing this type of work? You would have to ask my mother, from what I have been told I was taking apart my toys rather then playing with them Just to see what made them work.
