Rogerio and his team helped us with a few big jobs (floor re-tiling and installing recessed lights throughout the house) as well as “smaller” jobs of replacing a time roof on our gazebo and closing up old openings for a kitchenette and washer/dryer area. Rogerio worked quickly but expertly in all the above work. Everything looked seamless and was thoughtfully done. Always punctual and very responsive throughout the job, we deeply appreciate the work done. Very caring contractor as well; he let us know that a hanging vanity that was put in by previous owners was not stable (and may be a danger for young kids) and helped us fix that issue promptly and smoothly. Highly recommend his work and team.

What an amazing experience! They are true to their name because they really made things easy for us. We wanted add new tiles to our home downstairs and the work was beautiful. If we ever have any work to do in the future, we’ll be using them again.

This contractor is very responsive and they hustle for the job. However, I'm not physically located in the place where the job was done. I had them repaint the kitchen cabinets and remodel the bathroom (converting a tub with sliding doors to a shower with sliding doors, new vanity and toilet). As I'm not physically located in the place the job took place (and also in a different timezone), I left a lot of the details to the vendor thinking they would ask me for input on the important items, like paint color, tile, etc, if they didn't understand my vision from the shared photos. They did contact me about the kitchen cabinet paint and we chose one together (albeit I don't love the result, I can't say anything about that since I agreed to the paint color). My main issue is the tile they chose for the bathroom floor and soap/shampoo niche. It has black veining, which is unsightly and inconsistent (see pic 1 and 2). It looks like dirt and hair, the last thing you'd want in a new shower. I learned about this only after the job was complete and pictures were shared with me. When I raised this with the vendor, they immediately got defensive and dismissive, saying things like "too late, you should've been more involved and clearly you don't know anything about design". They were extremely unprofessional all of a sudden and demanding I pay in full. They never offered to discount the job or replace the tile. Their concern was not to leave the customer happy but to do the bare minimum and I honestly feel like they pulled one over on me by using these rejected tiles that no one else wanted. I even asked them for a receipt showing they bought these ugly tiles for this particular job, none was shared with me. And on top of this, the attitude I received instead of customer service is what irks me even more than the tiles. So this is my honest review. I would not put it past the vendor to come at me in the comments too. I would be weary of working with them for these reasons (rudeness, and lack of taste). The job itself seems to be done to standard otherwise. Although they never installed a toilet paper holder (or left the one that was there) and threw away the above-the-toilet organizer that I had in the bathroom and an expanding floor to ceiling shelf for soaps/shampoos. They only told me those items were old and damaged after I had asked about them. Pic 3 is my inspo photo that I shared with them from an identical unit. Pic 4 is the finished product with the bulky handled sliding doors they installed. The last picture is what was before the conversion. I wanted to upgrade the bathroom and make it look modern, I'm not sure I got that. The vendor will tell you this is because I wanted to keep my costs down, but I never gave them a budget nor did they come down in price on the bathroom (or kitchen) quotes except for using a different/cheaper material on the sliding doors (nothing about the handles). If you work with them, make sure you control every aspect of the job and get things in writing. I would not work with them in the future, because of the attitude I received (and the crap tiles).
