In the past twenty years, I have moved extensively and each time, I had to find a new cleaning company for weekly service. I feel very fortunate this time. When Spotless Cleaning had showed, they were very polite, professional and courteous. I immediately felt comfortable with Spotless Cleaning in my home.
While the cleaning was done, I had to leave my home twice and felt comfortable leaving while the job was being performed. Unlike some other companies, I felt relaxed in my own home while the work was being performed.
The laundry was done, the windows, the bed linen, the kitchen appliances, counter tops, floors, all furniture and... well, everything in my home was cleaned. This by far has been the best clean I have seen out of the twenty years. Few of the other companies that I had used came close, but none was this clean and complete.
When completed, my home looked clean, smelled clean and looked like a five star hotel. The towels were ornately done, the bed had the professional made look. My guest had noticed the difference as well.
Of course I requested weekly service and gave a the code to get into the door. I trust this company to do the work even if I am not home.
Ten stars.

UPDATE 11/14/23:
After 2 good cleaning experiences, Lohanna decided not to come back. Her excuse was that she was sick and she offered another cleaner. The "other" cleaner arrived on time and made herself LOOK busy. She worked quickly but I did not see or hear her moving anything around. After she left, I was shocked and disappointed to see that she had just dusted the tops of the furniture and counters, without moving any items or cleaning them. She also only mopped and vacuumed around everything. Dog and cat hair was under the sofa and behind all furniture. Even after having a stroke, I could do a better job!

Spotless Cleaning is beyond AWESOME! Lohanna arrived on time and went straight to work. She assessed the situation and did her special magic in my home. She paid attention to every minor detail plus cleaned and straightened EVERYTHING, no questions asked. I wish someone would come to visit; I'm so proud of my place! Thank you soooo much, Lohanna, I can't wait to see you again; perhaps once a month won't be enough!

PS~ For 650 Sq. Ft. We certainly have a lot of "stuff", no? I omitted the 1/2 bath and office, as they're too tiny to easily photograph!
