This is the third cleaning company that has been to my home since my housekeeper retired in February. I contacted them after a prior company whose service was known and ok, raised their price $75.
I was added to the schedule the following day and the crew was amazing. The stove and refrigerator was in the original Thumbtack cleaning inquiry. Previously, the quotes received did not include the request and extra charges would have been applied. I cleaned the appliances myself because the quotes were already $70 to $80 above my previous housekeeper's fees. SRI cleaned both, as well as, made two beds with linens that had been laundered after guests departed for the price of the original quote. The countertops, mirrors, bathrooms and floors were immaculate with an appropriate understanding of surfaces. The cleaning team didn't leave streaks anywhere.
It was refreshing to have a clean home and not feel bamboozled after interacting with a cleaning company from Thumtack.
