Looked like two guys and a truck, but we quickly could see Jae and V knew what they were doing. They listened to our input and explained what they wanted to do and why. They never stopped and treated our furniture with care while filling just about every inch of the truck. Very polite and friendly at the end of a long stressful process. Would use again.

They worked quickly and diligently and moved everything with care. They even partially took apart my IKEA dresser for me and reassembled it (because I had done a poor job of assembly)! They were both very kind and super responsive to rescheduling.

I plan to use Apika USA for every move in the future. Two men came with the truck and wrapped EVERY piece of furniture expertly. Nothing was damaged at all in a two bedroom apartment. Took apart and reassembled ikea furniture in record time. My only issue was that my complex only permitted the elevator to be used for certain hours, and they showed up a bit later than expected so we were strapped for time. But honestly, I cannot give a better review for their work and care for my things.
