FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free roof inspections and written estimates with no obligation. Our pricing is transparent — we break down every line item so you know exactly what you're paying for. We offer flexible financing options to make roof replacement affordable, and we never charge hidden fees. Because we're dual-licensed (roofing contractor CCC-1331464 and general contractor CGC-1526236), we handle everything in-house, which keeps costs down compared to companies that sub out structural work. Every project also comes backed by manufacturer warranties and our Directorii $25,000 workmanship guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free roof assessment — we respond within 60 minutes during business hours to schedule a time that works for you. One of our roof consultants will inspect your roof, take photos, and walk you through what we find. If work is needed, we provide a detailed written proposal with material options, pricing, and a clear timeline. Once approved, we handle permitting, HOA coordination if needed, material ordering, installation, and final inspection. We keep you updated at every step and our project managers are available by phone throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Phase Construction USA holds two Florida state licenses: Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC-1331464) and Certified General Contractor (CGC-1526236). Our crews are manufacturer-certified by GAF, CertainTeed, TAMKO, Carlisle, IB Roof Systems, and Englert. We hold TRI Alliance High Wind Certification for tile roofing and are members of the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA), the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), and the Broward County Chamber of Commerce. We complete ongoing continuing education on Florida building code updates, HVHZ wind requirements, and new roofing technologies every year.
