Unsolicited Review I’ve been dealing with issues on my HP MFP printer—too much noise and poor service support. While searching online for “HP printer repair near me,” I came across Thumbtack, which connects you with different service providers. After reviewing several options, I found LiquidComputerz. Though they didn’t have hundreds of reviews, the ones posted were impressive enough for me to share my contact information. Within 15 minutes, I received a call. On the other end was Anthony. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him—because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward.
