He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him—because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward.
