Unsolicited Review I’ve been dealing with issues on my HP MFP printer—too much noise and poor service support. Though they didn’t have hundreds of reviews, the ones posted were impressive enough for me to share my contact information. Within 15 minutes, I received a call. On the other end was Anthony. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him—because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward.
