- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends mostly of the amount and types of flowers that the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally meet the first time talk about your vision, venue , colors , number of guest etc. Then I give you a presentation to see if that suggestion matches your vision and then I give you my budget suggestions .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work with flowers and decorations around 23 years, after many years I decided to study and obtain my Floral Designer certificate.
