This was a difficult job: replacing a rusted and decaying steel column that held up our lanai. Michael and his team visited our house several times to try to find a way to do this job efficiently and economically. Another contractor visited our home and walked away from this potential job. The weeks dragged on with Building and Management, but whenever I checked in with Michael he reassured me that we weren't forgotten and he was trying to figure out a solution -- a 4X4 column of treated wood? another steel column? Ultimately, his crew settled on steel, but then they had trouble finding a column. Finally, they came and worked two full days to finish the job, including painting the column white to match the strips holding our automated screens. It looks great and I have only positive thoughts for Michael and his crew. Not anybody could do this job.

Thank you Irena , awesome project was great to work with your ideas and glad we delivered to your complete satisfaction! Laundry room design looking good, the retractile bench across from the sorting counter we discussed yesterday should be a perfect finishing touch. :)
