About

Lots of jokes and a lot of fun! I'll make sure you enjoy your time with me. As long as my students are willing to put in the work, I will instill in them the principles and fundamental practices that is takes to bring out the great musician inside of them. Being able to prove to my students that no matter what age, race, or background they come from; that everyone can be a great musician is what I love about my work.

Professionalism, because when I first got there, I knew very little, and by the end of the month, I knew a lot of chords. I like going to music lessons with Marcus.

He is one the BEST instructors I have ever worked with. Very professional and patient. To teach me a person with no musical knowledge and help me develop, is something I value very much with him. Already signed up for 5 more lessons and looking to continue working with him as a family music instructor.

I gave up on the idea of learning how to play ever since a horrible experience in music class back in middle school, but Mr. Bayas is one of the most talented and dedicated teachers I've ever known. He enjoys teaching and he does not put his students down he builds them up. He looks at the individual need of the student in their individual style in he accommodates to that. I've signed up for a the next six months. Hopefully no major band snatches him up before then. Thanks
