As parents, we want our kids to succeed in the classroom—but we also want them to feel happy, confident, and less stressed. Too often, academic struggles come with anxiety, frustration, and difficulty focusing. That’s why I created Mind, Body and Beyond. As a certified teacher and yoga instructor, I saw a major gap in how we support students. Kids don’t just need help with what to study; they need tools to calm their minds, manage frustration, and focus their attention so they can truly do their best. I offer one-on-one programs that blend personalized academic tutoring with age-appropriate mindfulness and yoga, specifically designed for elementary and middle school students.
