- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its $99 for a service call. If any additional parts are needed extra cost will be applied.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly TV mounting and Home Theater surround sound installs, weather it be 5.1 systems or 7.1 systems. Most customers we worked with have whole house audio, so we do a lot of in-ceiling speaker installs as well as on-wall. Besides that I would say we do a lot of security camera installs. Allow customers to view there cameras on there computer or phone, giving them access to see whats going on. We also do custom installs as well We do a lot of work in the commercial industries too. Projectors, drop down screens, touch screen remote programing, anything from conference room installs to digital signage for commercial advertisement.
