I recently hired this company for a 2-hour moving job. The movers who arrived were professional and respectful, which I appreciated. The tasks included laying rugs under beds and moving a TV stand from the second floor to downstairs. However, the two movers stated that three movers were required to complete those tasks and therefore did not do them, despite 30–40 minutes of paid time remaining. They completed some lighter work, but the main items were left unfinished. I paid close to $300 for two hours, yet the core job was not completed. At the time, I accepted their explanation. Later, after discussing it with my husband, we contacted another moving company, explained the same tasks, and even provided measurements of the TV stand. That company confirmed it was strictly a two-person job. I then had to hire movers again, pay for an additional two hours, and the work was completed successfully by two movers. While the movers themselves were courteous, the incorrect assessment resulted in unnecessary extra cost and inconvenience. For this reason, I will not be hiring this company again.

It was my utmost concern to relocate my glass dining table. I was sure it would break in transit, yet these movers handled it like an artwork. They loaded it into the truck with care, wrapped it in thick padding, and secured it to make sure it would not move around. It arrived in perfect condition, free of any blemishes or dents!
