Chef Rafa was very professional, polite and responded every time to my questions. But the best part was his food. My guests and myself loved the Latin food he prepared for my mom’s birthday party. It had a very unique flavor that everyone just loved! Thank you Chef Rafa.

Chef Rafa did a great job meeting the needs of our family. He provided family style meals to help us survive the weekend with small kids. Then portions were generous and food was delicious. Even the picky eating kids enjoyed.

I wanted to host a special dinner for my husband who recently earned his MBA. I contacted Chef Rafa, and explained my vision of an elevated dinner for a group of eight. He created a comprehensive dinner. We started with passed appetizers that were light and flavorful. Dinner was comprised of homemade mushroom soup, a delicious citrus salad, whole beef Wellington, truffle mashed potatoes and broccolini. Let us not forget the amazing chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla ice cream. Our guests could not stop raving about the service and quality of the food. I did spend the extra money to have him provide a server. This allowed me to enjoy my guests and relax. I highly recommend Chef Rafa and will use him again in the future.

Chef Rafa did a phenomenal job! All my guests kept on coming up to me and asking how I found him and that it was the best pulled pork they had ever had. Totally going to have he and Stephen (the Bartender) at our next event!!

I'm managing a nonprofit gala for Purple Tree Ministries, and on behalf of the owner and myself, we were very pleased with our tasting session. We hand pick only the freshest ingredients such as organic, grass fed, etc. please keep this in mind when selecting us. You can expect only the best service as far as flavors, & presentation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the process super easy for you! As I understand how stressful this can be. First I will get information. Then I will begin creating the menu & will get back to you shortly!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in nutrition science and I have been working scratch kitchen restaurants for the past 10 years. I did not go to culinary school just learned from those that did.
