Lauren is a terrific Pilates instructor.
She makes exercise fun while encouraging focus on core, breathing, alignment. I have seen marked improvement in the leanness and strength of my body. Lauren is passionate about diet, health and wellness and with her guidance I have
lost weight I thought was impossible.
While her manner and teaching style are easy, she will offer a program geared to your fitness level. I gifted
sessions to my daughter and daughter in law both of whom are hard core. They felt challenged and enjoyed the

I would choose all five of the above in reference to Lauren. She is incredibly passionate about PILATES and knowledgeable about the body. I’ve never been bored as Lauren is always learning new techniques to teach me. She has taken the time to understand my medical history and works each time to maximize my strengths. AND, more than anything Lauren is pure joy to spend an hour with- motivational, upbeat, always on time, incredibly thoughtful in times when I’ve missed a session due to work or illness. I HATE exercise of any form and Lauren has really gotten me committed to PILATES both through her enthusiasm and because of the very obvious results.
