Two were immediately disqualified: one couldn't provide proof of insurance, and the other, despite an initial visit, never followed up with a written estimate. We also considered two highly reputable firms, but their quotes were simply beyond our budget. Then there was the contractor who, despite a good reputation, came across as arrogant and dismissive during the estimate process – not someone we wanted to work with. Dio was so professional and his crew were prompt respectful and quick workers. Dio went above and beyond so many times for our build. I remember right before the holidays when the city would be closed, he. himself, because his crew was unavailable, spent from early morning to late evening working alone in our backyard to get a specific thing done so it could pass inspection before the offices and everything closed for the holidays. We were beyond grateful for his hard work and sacrifice to keep our pool on schedule, Our only headache was the engineer/architect. This part took way too long. However once that was done and submitted to the city, it all went very quickly and efficiently. Dio we are so grateful, we are so happy and we would refer you to all our friends and anyone who asks.
