As a United States Navy Veteran, my time in the service introduced me to so many different people of various cultures, backgrounds and strengths. No matter the person, most of us had one thing in common---resilience through talking through and then taking action for whatever we had to face while being so far from home. The value of being able to talk something through without judgement but instead encouragement on the other side is welcoming and helps you to open up to see your way through. My passion is being a listening ear without judgement, as more important for me is being human and helping others be lifted up spiritually and mentally. I love to empower peace of mind, happiness and self-care.
