There is truly nobody like ava in this world! She brings beautiful energy, kindness and a safe feeling to every class she teaches. I enjoy how Ava runs through her lesson like a story, helping you stay focused and embrace different perspectives and goals within yourself internally as well as your external surroundings. I can't wait to practice with Ava again!
