Hello seeker! it is a pleasure to introduce my self to you. I have been a yoga student and teacher for most of my life. My purpose is to facilitate health , joy and wellbeing into your life. For over 14 years, I owned and ran a yoga studio in Spain, where I built a thriving community of students and teachers from the ground up. That experience — of holding space, nurturing growth, and watching people transform through consistent practice — shaped everything about how I teach today.
Now back in Florida and based in Palm Beach County, I am currently focused on bringing that same depth of experience directly into people's homes. I find it specially convenient for those looking to avoid the stress of traffic or those who´s mobility is restricted for whatever physical or emotional reason. Also the private setting removes the self-consciousness of a studio class and creates something rarer: a space where students can truly listen to their bodies, ask questions freely, and progress at their own pace, all without the stress of facing traffic right after.
