Hi, my name is Jerry Monti owner of monti Home Improvement and Maintenace LLC ( a handy man service in central florida ). I am an honest, trustworthy, and reliable person who prides myself in making my customers happy! I will treat your home like it is my own. My goal is to give affordable services for homeowners, while maintaining a level of professional work and providing for my family. things that I do include, interior wood trim (crown, base and chair railing), flooring (wood or tile), tile work (floors, backsplashes, shower walls), interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and texturing, popcorn removal and ceiling texturing, cabinet installation, pressure washing, door repair and hardware installation, tv and picture hanging, dryer vent cleaning, funiture assembly, and much more. I have acquired many skills and worked on a lot of household projects during my 13 years of owning my own business, and previous 33 years of working with other companies as a electrician or as a home builder for engle homes. We originally hired Jerry to knock down a huge wall dividing our family and dining room, as well as install recess and under cabinet lighting. Jerry was SUCH a pleasure to work with and did such an AMAZING job, that we hired him back to paint, do crown molding, etc. He is truly a professional and deeply cares about his customer's satisfaction. I would recommend Jerry for anyone looking to do any type of home improvement. He's one of a kind!! We will certainly use him for all our future home improvement needs!

I had several projects done in my master bedroom & bath. I had wood laminate flooring and Jerry was able to install tiles for me. He did an excellent job & my floor looks great. He gets the job done fast & will work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. In my master bathroom, I had a light fixture changed and he installed a mirror cabinet for me, again both jobs were done great. He's very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend him for anything you need around the house. Thank you Jerry!

Jerry Repaired my laminate floor and fixed a few other things around the house for me. The floor was a major undertaking and he a great job. He is very professional and his pricing is reasonable. I will recommend him to my friends and I will certainly use his services again. Mary Motto

Mr. Monti arrived on time, was very knowledgeable regarding the work and works neat and clean. After watching him work for a couple of minutes, it was apparent that this man was a professional and knew his craft. He also explained what he was doing, what had caused the issue and what I as a homeowner could do in the future to prevent the problem from occurring again. I would highly recommend him to anyone and plan to use him for other work that I need done in the future.
