- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or old, I treat every customer with professionalism and respect at all times. I maintain a clean work area with the intent to prove to all customers that I value their business and respect their home and property. I make it a solemn pledge to always be on-time and give a curtesy call when I'm close to their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for over 35 years in new home construction and the renovation industry. I have held titles ranging from carpenter to lead-man to project manager and business owner. I have a bachelor degree in Project Management, registered handyman license based out of Volusia County. I am a certified water remediation and fire and smoke technician. Certified in Exactimate estimating program
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the remodeling industry for quite a few years so working for myself has always been second nature. I enjoy the interaction with the customer and listening to their wants or ideas to produce the finish product that a quality job delegates..."Quality is based on the expectations of the client on the end results of the product"
