let's start by saying this is half of the story!! I was told everything was cut already except for the sink cutout which I did perfectly!! The countertop that was not cut good was because I was told everything was cut and I did not bring my saw because I was "assured" everything was cut. when I arrived you changed the scope of work so yes I was unprepared for cutting the laminate countertop. you asked me to cut it with your weak battery operated skill saw (that wouldn't cut butter) I assured you it would not be a very clean cut but you insisted I do it anyways. as for the screw through the countertop, my helper did screw through the countertop and it was not noticeable at all. in which I told you about it. and also gave you $150.00 back for what was messed up which completely covered the $70.00 laminate countertop I priced at home depot. as far as two heavily tattooed men, please! yes we have tattoos, but we are highly professional and polite. I deal with hundreds of people a year and never have a problem!! thank you Kyle for your review
