I was very impressed throughout the entire process of working with Dave. My front door had the original flush bolts that had broken, leaving it vulnerable to opening unexpectedly during high winds or even a slight amount of pressure. Needless to say, we were very worried about the overall security of our home.
The first handyman we called look at the door and said he could fix it after getting parts. We never heard from him again. However, Dave came out and was so positive and so enthusiastic about doing the job and was prompt about following up and giving me a firm quote. Dave showed up at the appropriate time to do the job and did a fantastic professional job of securing our door. He is also well qualified to do other handyman jobs around the house and I will definitely keep him top of mind for any future work that I have. I am proud to give this recommendation for Dave Shubert for any handyman work you may have.

Dave is the BEST. I had several other estimates before choosing Volusia County Remodeling Co. Dave is meticulous, kind, professional, his over all personality won me over. Dave wasn't the cheapest, BUT HE WAS THE BEST!! I HIGHLY recommend Dave. We'll be having him back soon for our next project. If I could rate Dave a 100, I would. A 5 rating doesn't do him justice. Thank you for not just doing a fantastic job, but thank you for being fair, honest, and prompt, professional, My hubby and I appreciate you👍

He showed up on time and he was easy to have in our home. He was clean and put down drop cloths and plastic sheeting everywhere. His work was to perfection and stayed until evening when all the work was completed. We will be calling him again for all our future needs.
Of all the handymen we’ve hired over the years in various homes, he was the best

Components for hooking up my rain barrel aren’t made so Dave used his creativity & made them himself. In addition to that super job, he noticed my fence gate needed work & he fixed that, too. Dave is an honest, super nice guy. Call him. He’ll do a good job for you.
