I contacted Josh for a second opinion. The first home inspection company was recommended by my real estate agent. I suppose I got unlucky and ended up with the new guy and he was nice and professional, but he left me with uncertainty. It is a big purchase, so I wanted to have a second opinion and I wanted it from someone who ran their own business. I'm so glad that I did, Josh was there 10 minutes early and found some electrical problems and a hot water heater that was about to need replacement. It brought this to the seller's attention and they are going to take care of it. He ended up saving me money and left me feeling certain that the home had been thoroughly inspected and he wasn't rushing me through to make the real estate agent happy.
