FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Procolor Remodeling and Painting, we believe in being upfront and transparent with our pricing. Every project is different, so pricing depends on factors like the size of the area, the condition of the surfaces, the type of paint or materials used, and the amount of preparation required. We provide free estimates and explain the full scope of work so customers know exactly what to expect before the project begins. We also offer competitive pricing and occasional seasonal discounts or promotions. There are no hidden fees — we make sure everything is discussed clearly ahead of time. Our goal is to provide high-quality work at a fair price while delivering lasting results and great customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Procolor Remodeling and Painting, our process starts with speaking with the customer about their project, goals, and vision for the space. We then schedule a free estimate and, in many cases, can provide same-day quotes. During the visit, we go over colors, materials, preparation, and the scope of work so everything is clear from the beginning. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the project and keep communication open throughout the entire process. We focus heavily on preparation, protecting the property, and delivering clean, high-quality results. After the job is completed, we do a final walkthrough with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with the finished work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained most of my training through hands-on experience working in the painting and remodeling industry. Over the years, I’ve developed skills in surface preparation, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, drywall repair, and customer service. Running Procolor Remodeling and Painting has also taught me a lot about project management, communication, and delivering quality results for clients. I stay up to date on products, techniques, and best practices to make sure we provide professional, long-lasting work.
