- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(Residential) $55 for the 1st hour and then $3.75 for every 5-minute increment * | * (Small to Mid-Sized Business) $75 for the 1st hour and then $4.17 for every 5-minute increment * | * (Corporation) $100 for the 1st hour and then $4.58 for every 5-minute increment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first 10 minutes with the customer, we like to thoroughly listen to their issue or issues, so we can better assess their situation and what their needs are or will be. If the problem has a solution, we like to thoroughly explain to them what we will need to do in order to get a favorable outcome in the least amount of time without sacrificing quality. If they agree with the process of execution, then we will proceed with our solution and give them an estimated time of delivery. We also make sure that the customer knows upfront that they will not be charged more than $185, regardless of the number of hours we will spend working/repairing their system. We also make them aware of our 30-day guarantee on all the work we will perform on their system or systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of having several engineers with degrees in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, we also have engineers that have been in the computer industry for over 117+ years, holding highly coveted & reputable and recognizable computer & network certifications. We get about 3 to 4 IT certifications every year and we are always reading industry related articles to keep us informed of the latest insider tech tips and trends and security vulnerabilities.
