Hi Shawn My name is Ann Reasor and I have recently used your company for my move from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Cleveland Ohio. I want to recapture my experience for you so you can know how impressed I was with my service. I originally was speaking with Alfonso and because of his persistence (and patience) he won my business. He was not overly pushy but answered any and all questions I had. He was patient with me as I did not know my exact move date due to a hiring process I was involved in. He never got short or impatient and that was a very good tactic for me. Once the move date was set, the moving truck came to my villa within the window of time that he said it would. I also got a call from Max the day before to confirm this. On the day of the move, Max pulled up in front of my house, hopped out of the truck, walked toward me, shook my hand and introduced himself. All the while he kept good eye contact. This immediately gave me confidence and assurance that I was dealing with a professional company because Max himself was professional. Max first sat down with me to explain the way the move was billed and that the quote was for 1400 cubic feet. He could see that I would exceed that and explained to me how that would work. He went over each page of the contract with me explaining it in a way I could understand. He did not rush me even though time is money. It seemed more important to him that I was able to understand what he was explaining to me and that I understood the process. This is huge from a customer service standpoint. Once the paperwork was done, the three men, including Max starting the loading process, but not before Max had me come out to the truck to see that there was nothing in the truck already except for some packing supplies. Once again, this speaks of integrity and Max was transparent throughout the process. After reading many horror stories about moving companies, I found this to be very refreshing and comforting. It built my confidence in Pick up movers. Honesty goes a long way in today's world. The three men were amazing with how fast they loaded the truck, but it was Max's organizational skills that blew me away. Not only did he have everything inventoried on a paper with corresponding stickers on the items, but the way Max packed that truck was like nothing I had ever seen before. A mouse could not have crawled through the gaps between the boxes the way Max fitted them perfectly together making the best use of the space. What impressed me the most was when Max asked me to come out to the truck again when it was about one-third full to see if I was happy with the way he was loading the truck. Like I said, I had never seen anything like it and I don't think I ever will again. But the fact that he showed me the way he was packing and asked for my approval, again screamed of integrity and great customer service. Well, my stuff did not all fit in the first truck, so Max sat down with me once again and explained how it would look if I used part of another truck for the rest of the things. I was really going over my budget to do this, but Max persuaded me to do it. I was having a hard time making that decision but he made it easy for me by waiving any down payment at that time. He also offered the option to store it with the company for up to thirty days because I was not sure if it all would fit in my apartment. This was an option I could live with and I decided to do it. In hind sight, it was the right decision and I am glad that Max made the extra effort to discuss the options with me. Once that decision was made, the three of them went into hyper-speed and collected the rest of my stuff and put it into the second truck. Max had packed the first truck to the gills and put the packing supplies in the second truck. That made more room in the first truck for my things. I was so very happy at how that day went. I was not worried about a thing because I felt that I was being well taken care of by Max. He made that part of my move stress free. I instinctively knew I would have no problems on the other end once I knew it would be Max driving the truck. One the other end, the truck arrived thirty minutes after I got to the apartment. Perfect timing. Max got out and immediately got to work bringing the boxes into my apartment. He did have a local helper on this end but in all my life, I have never seen anyone work as hard as Max. He is very focused, diligent, and professional. He is a good organizer, administrator, implementer, communicator and is wise beyond his years. I was very surprised to hear he is only twenty-four years old because of his maturity level. The way he deals with and interacts with people is incredible. Max is, in my opinion, one of the most valuable assets in your company. It is too bad you cannot clone him as you cannot teach the average person his work ethics. This is a gift he has and it is invaluable. I hope that Max is appreciated and rewarded for being such a good representation of Pick up movers. We are so pleased with the very professional, friendly, and effcient service of Sunset Moving. We spoke with Edgar after getting our quote and he was very helpful in arranging everything we needed, he even confirmed and made sure we had no question over a holiday! They arrived and were lightning fast and so efficient with loading and unloading it was completed before we knew it (gave them a tip for their hard work!).They get big thumbs up from and we HIGHLY reccommend using them. Unexpected delays resulted in me playing Beat the Clock to get moved into my 2 bedroom condo. Alex and his team were responsive to my desperate request. They arrived as promised and quickly emptied my moving van while treating my belongings with the utmost care. They paid attention to my careful labeling, placing items in the appropriate room and asking me if they were uncertain. They were even kind enough to set up my bed. They offered an excellent value and were extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them because they operated with care and efficiency.
A rare gem: An honest mover in South Florida. Thor is our superhero! My mom is a single senior citizen, low income, with no access to a car and having to move quickly. I can't help her as I live 2,000 miles away. Her other mover didn't work out so I found Thor on Thumbtack. He replied quickly with a very reasonable quote and answered all of my questions promptly, providing great communication (unlike other movers). He was available on very short notice the very next morning, it was all arranged the night before. He showed up promptly as scheduled (unlike other movers) and charged what he promised, no extra hidden fees (unlike other movers who when they finish the job suddenly want to charge you more than what you had agreed on). Mom said he was very nice and provided excellent service. He even wrote back to me afterwards so I was assured the job was completed. Would definitely recommend him, thank you Thor!
Can’t tell you how many times I changed dates/times/services required. In the end, they were patient, professional and did a great job moving my 90-year-old baby grand piano. Very reasonable pricing as well. Thanks, Sebastian and team!
The guys from Sharkmoving agency fixed our problem with house moving very expertly. The movers got round just-in-time. They made all carton packing for us. Glass, dishes and sensitive equipment were packed in specialised materials for safe trucking. When we gained destination the workers made unpacking for rearranging our belongings safety. Everything was whole-skinned! What is mostly attracked is liberal pricing policy. They have got Number One quality and acceptable price. So I think Sharkmoving professional qualifications are particularly high!
Sam was professional at all times and so were his employees. Sam did a great job of making sure everything would be in place to make sure moving day would go smoothly. The movers took good care of how they handled my items. The only thing I didn't like was feeling pressured to tip the workers by the workers. But I would recommend ICON and hire them again. Given I had to pay a 3 hour minimum (which seems to be a pretty standard rate for the area) and the job took only an hour I felt these movers got paid enough. Their answer to me was the money went to the company not them. Which would infer these guys work for tips. I don't think so. But compared to several other companies I spoke to in the area ICON was head and shoulders in service.
J & A Ultimate moving service are by far the best movers I ever hired. I had to work on the day of move. I have a wife who is 8months pregnant and she said they where the most professional, hard working, efficient company she has ever worked with. We had a issue with getting the couches in and out of the apartments. They took the doors of the hinges and put them back, free of charge. If there was a problem they had a solution for the issue. Affordable, Efficient, Reliable. For any moving needs don't waste your time with other companies. J & A Ultimate moving is the only company you will need.

I have a very busy schedule so, I wasn't looking forward to the packing part of moving. I hired Grand American Movers and they were supposed to pack everything and they move each item. It really was a good decision on my part since these guys made my life so easy. I just had to agree on a price and provide date, they movers did the rest. I just drove to my new place and found everything place in the exact place they belonged to, they are just amazing moving company in my opinion.
Bam & his team helped take away much of the stress and intimidation of moving an entire office. They did two walk-throughs with us first (one pre-move, after which we got a quote) and then another pre-move (when we were better prepared) to make sure we were on the same page with what was going/staying/etc. They were professional, on time, and fast with our office move. They accommodated some special requests and even gave us a hand with something in the office that was non-move-related. They packed and staged our move in less time than estimated the first day and then packed their truck and moved us to our new location the second day (again in less time than anticipated!). I'm really happy with the service we received and will definitely recommend and use this company to move my home in 3 months.
