The first job that Omar did for me took longer than it should, because he stopped my job to do bigger jobs. The work was beautifully done, so I did not complain.
This is my second job with Omar and although they do great work, I will never hire Bright Coats Painting again. Omar began a popcorn removal job on September 21, 2018. By October 8, the popcorn had been removed. After a progress check on November 1, nothing more had been done. After expressing my dissatisfaction about the job, which should have taken no more than 10 days, Omar did not respond to my communications. I cancelled the job on November 16, 2018. I have made several requests to return my keys. He has not returned my keys or responded to my requests as of December 8, 2018. Never again!

The team did an excellent job. They removed my old and ugly popcorn ceiling and even tested for asbestos as it was one of my concerns. They also installed recess lights and painted my house and added new baseboards as well as install a microwave above the oven range. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after themselves. My house looks brand new. The price was reasonable as well. I love that they start a what’s app group and send you progress pictures and updates daily. Thank you Ave services!
