Beatrice was perfect. This was my wife and I first time taking dance lessons. Beatrice was fun, energetic, knowledgeable, and knew just how to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend going to see her.
I met Grace for the very first time standing in line to check in for a cruise. Little did I know she would be my roomie and most precious friend within a matter of minutes. You have never met such a generous heart or caring soul and she dances like an angel, she exudes rhythm from every pore. She teaches with passion, using techniques that I saw transform the movement of my fellow classmates and I. I love, love, love her. We are soooo lucky because, she is right here in TAMPA!!! Salsa Nana, Salsa!!!
David patiently showed me & my husband a couple of ballroom type steps including salsa, cha cha cha, & rumba just to name a few. He was very smooth & encouraging. We enjoyed our time spent with him and would definitely call on him again. Thanks David
Frankie Ingo is a superb dance instructor. His contagious enthusiasm and positive encouragement makes learning to dance a truly fun experience. He starts out by teaching simple steps and builds on this so that at the end of the lesson, you really feel that you have mastered that dance and can confidently go out on the dance floor.
I have taken and am still activiely involved in group classes, private lessons, and the monthly swing summits with Deco Dance Tampa. All have been enjoyable experiences. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start out or expand their skills in the swing community and beyond. Additionally, the community that has been created in this area with the help of Deco Dance is filled with wonderful people who are welcoming and accepting of all levels of dancers. Bri is a pleasure to work with and a very talented dancer and resource to the swing community. Overall, a great experience!
I did a private ballroom dance lesson with my husband on our honeymoon in Clearwater, FL. The class was excellent and the studio was a good space. The dance instructor (Jessica?) worked well to meet us where we were at and teach to us in styles we would understand. We ended up getting the basic steps of Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, and East Coast Swing in just one lesson. I also really liked their class set up with private lessons, group lessons and parties every week at all levels and many styles of dance. If I were local, I would probable spend a lot more time there. What very strongly turned me off from Bayou dance club, was the sales aspect. They give you the first lesson free and then sit you down for twenty minutes and explain these sales packages for their classes and pressure you to buy them. It felt like I was being pressured to buy a time share. I did not like that model at all. We were only in the area for a week, but if they hadn't pressured us so much to buy these packages, we certainly would have been happy to pay for our first lesson (first one is free) and buy a couple more private lessons and maybe go a group lesson or two just the week we were there. With the quality of instruction, we would have been happy to put a few hundred dollars into them while we were there, but the sales aspect was so extreme that we didn't want to go back.
We have attended the various events offered at "The Studio" since it's inception, and can truthfully tell you that you will benefit from attending. David, the owner, is young but very skilled at teaching the various dance styles. He provides group classes, parties, as well as moderate priced private lessons. David is also vice-president of the local USA Dance organization, which hosts dances every 2nd Thursday in Pasco. If you are anywhere near Pasco, you should definitely be a regular at "The Studio".

Dancing is something that I have been doing my whole life. I identify myself as a dancer! Tap dance is my strong suit, but I am capable of teaching almost any style.
