We had our roofreplaced before closing and had a great experience with the owner, staff, and crew. Black roof with trim is gorgeous. Always recommend Salt Roofing, their quote was spot on for most value and we got amazing materials. They went above and beyond to make sure our gutters were taken care of. Happy!

Mr. Tim Stewart made contact with me reference my request. I advised him what I needed done. Mr. Stewart came out the same day, explained what the problem was and was able to take care of the problem with my roof immediately. Mr. Stewart was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and cost of repair was reasonable. I would highly recommend Salt Roofing.

Good experience so far. They haven't started work on the roof yet because we have gotten the go ahead from the HOA, but they seem to be very knowledgeable in working with the insurance company and how to get everything done.

The company owner came out early before scheduled date of starting on our new roof to cover area that was damaged to make sure there was no more issue with water damage bcause we were expecting rain. The roofing crew was on time, cleaned up area after each work day, and finished the roof with no problems. Communicating with the company from start to finish was handled . professionally. We are completely satisfied with everything.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, roof replacements are priced by the square and can be impacted by the pitch of the roof, the number of roofs installed, the complexity - multi stories or single etc. We would like to give an average price per square, but we do not want to mislead if you have special circumstances with your roof. That is why it is best to have a professional look at it, to give you the best and most accurate price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see your roof and look at the conditions around your home. We will schedule time with you to do this, and then give you an estimate immediately. There are a lot of things to consider when getting a new roof, and we want to make sure that we are there to help guide you through the process. There is never a charge for our estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is on going, we are always being trained by our suppliers and manufacturers for proper installation procedures, as well as safety and overall customer satisfaction.
