So, I have an annual service contract with Total Appliance and it has been a nightmare. I called UNITED about my dead fridge. They came out first thing following a.m. with the correct part, and 20 minutes later we were up and running. CANCELING my Total contract today... United is the best.

5 star service! I called and had a same day repair done on my oven. The tech Johnathan came and showed me the broken heating element which is why the oven wasnt working. He came back and fixed it within the hour ! Great service and highly recommended!

Avi is so nice and responsive and Robert who came was amazing. We used another nightly recommend company that my neighbor told us about and they said they couldnt fix it and Robert came and was SO nice and found the problem RIGHT away and fixed it the same day!!! HIGHLY recommend!!
