- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on design size, balloon style, and delivery/installation needs. I currently offer special seasonal pricing and custom packages. Delivery fees may apply depending on location. I’m happy to work within a range and create something beautiful that fits your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation to understand your theme, colors, and vision. Then I provide design options and pricing. Once booked, I handle delivery, setup, and make sure everything looks perfect before I leave. Communication, creativity, and a smooth process are my priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed esthetician with a strong background in aesthetics, creativity, and hands-on detail work. I’ve completed balloon styling training and continue to practice new techniques to deliver polished, modern balloon designs.
